| These classic men's tortoise plastic vintage eyeglasses are in mint condition and ready for prescription lenses or sunglasses. The frame is marked ''48 23'' and the glasses are otherwise unmarked. The plastic has a nice sheen with no cracks, crazing or discoloration and the
dart rivets shine bright.  |

Very cool, very strong frames, never worn, never had lenses. These are by Style Rite Optical and date from the later 1960s. Strong, thick rims, great dark tortoise zyl,
dart rivets on all the corners, nice, tight seven barrel hinges, smooth bridge, broad temples and all in a generous frame size, too. Super frames, ready for years of cool service.

Temples are measured their full length, hinge to tip, as though they were straightened out. Why? Because they're adjustable, so measurements to the bend vary based on maker and adjustment. Lens and bridge measurements are from lens edge to lens edge. Hinge to hinge is measured from screw to screw. All frames are thoroughly inspected before leaving the Attic. I'm thorough about condition so there are no surprises and these glasses are in mint condition. They'll make great everyday glasses or some very cool sunglasses.
