These classic men's black plastic vintage eyeglasses are in mint condition and ready for prescription lenses or sunglasses. The frame is marked ''46 22'' and the arms read ''Peerage NYLON Frame France 5 1/2''. The plastic has a nice sheen with no cracks, crazing or discoloration and the temple rivets shine bright.

This is the Peerage Zylon model, dating likely from the early to middle 1960s. It's unused, never worn, never had lenses and complete with the paper frame envelope. As the name suggests, the frame is Nylon, that tough, flexible, resilient frame material. The hinges are nice and tight, the temples show no wear, even at the ears, and the bridge is smooth and clean. These frames are in mint condition.

Temples are measured their full length, hinge to tip, as though they were straightened out. Why? Because they're adjustable, so measurements to the bend vary based on maker and adjustment. Lens and bridge measurements are from lens edge to lens edge. Hinge to hinge is measured from screw to screw.

All frames are thoroughly inspected before leaving the Attic. I'm thorough about condition so there are no surprises and these glasses are in mint condition. They'll make great everyday glasses or some very cool sunglasses.
