This is the Shuron Ronsir ''Timberline'' frame. The brows and temples are Zyl, in a color Shuron calls
''Oak'', a darker tortoise shade, all over a gold chassis, a great color combination.
The Timberline is an early 1960s introduction, the streamlined version of the traditional Ronsir,
almost the same frame, but without rivet shields on the front corners. They're well-made, classy frames and come in a variety of colors and sizes.
The Timberline Oak can also be made with silver rims, bridge and details. Please
email
to make arrangements for those.
Temples are measured their full length, hinge to tip, as though they were straightened out. Why? Because they're adjustable, so measurements to the bend vary. Lens and bridge measurements are from lens edge to lens edge. Hinge to hinge is measured from screw to screw.
All frames are thoroughly inspected before leaving the
Attic so there are no surprises and your frames will be in mint condition. They make great everyday glasses or some very cool sunglasses.
